Agency sales of over 78,000 policies totaling in excess of $48 Million in annualized premium!

Family Heritage Group Founder & President Mitch Feldman was presented with this Lifetime Achievement Award by Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company on November 4th, 2019 during the 2019 Annual Convention on Paradise Island, the Bahamas.

The following dispatch was published by Lincoln Heritage New Business Manager Carlos Salazar following the presentation:

For those of you who don’t know, at every trip one agent is recognized for dedication and hard work over the years. While there are always many deserving agents and managers, we find one person that takes it to the next level. This year’s winner is no different.

The agent has impeccable integrity.
He works hard and leads by example for his agency.
He teaches his agents to build relationships with their customers
High persistency is one of the things he is known for, both as an agent and for his agency as a whole.
Finally, he holds the distinction of being the only agent to qualify for a trip as a Personal Producer, Agency Manager AND as a Regional Director!

Who is this person? It is Mitch Feldman!

When he received the award he didn’t hold the spotlight for too long. He only spoke for a few minutes; even when it was time to celebrate his success, he remained humble. He spoke passionately about why he focuses on taking care of each and every customer, especially those who had been forgotten and stomped on their whole lives. He also took time to give thanks and share his appreciation for his wife Linda, as she has been with him through each and every step of his journey.

For those who don’t know, the philosophy of his agency (Family Heritage Group) is “do the right thing”. Having the pleasure of working directly with him, I can attest that he applied this philosophy every day.

Congratulations, Mitch!
